Seattle Seahawks Players Drag Race, Results in Car Accident

|

As many Seattle Seahawks football players left practice on Tuesday afternoon, one of the players was involved in a car accident believed to be caused by drag racing. Running back Fred Jackson and Marshawn Lynch were reportedly drag racing along a public roadway near the team's practice facility when for unknown reasons, Jackson lost control of his black Corvette and struck a stop sign. Richard Sherman and other Seahawks players stopped at the scene to assist their teammates. The team's staffers also arrived at the scene and escorted Jackson back to the practice facility. It is unknown if Jackson sustained any injuries and if any citations will be issued.
