On Sunday night, a 21-year-old woman was killed in a single-vehicle car accident. According to authorities, Amber Redd was operating a vehicle when she crashed in St. Charles, Missouri at approximately 6:30 p.m. Redd was traveling along Interstate 70 eastbound when she collided with a guardrail near Highway 61.
