21-Year-Old Killed in Car Accident

|

On Sunday night, a 21-year-old woman was killed in a single-vehicle car accident. According to authorities, Amber Redd was operating a vehicle when she crashed in St. Charles, Missouri at approximately 6:30 p.m. Redd was traveling along Interstate 70 eastbound when she collided with a guardrail near Highway 61. The impact ejected Redd from the vehicle, and she was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. Her passenger, a 16-year-old female, sustained moderate injuries in the crash and was transported to the hospital by ambulance. Police are investigating the accident to determine the cause. The passenger’s current condition is unknown.

Single-vehicle car accidents, head-on collisions, vehicle rollovers, motorcycle accidents, and truck accidents, are all examples of auto accidents that can have serious results. Individuals involved in single-vehicle accidents often dismiss the idea that they could have grounds for filing an auto accident case because only one driver is involved. No assumptions should be made regarding auto accident cases without receiving consultation from an experienced car accident lawyer. While negligent driving is often to blame for crashes, dangerous roadways, vehicle design flaws, and mechanical designs can also lead to an accident. Regardless of the type of auto accident, all individuals should receive a full investigation to determine their rights.
