A drunk driving accident last week resulted in the death of a police officer in Ontario. According to accident reports, 24-year-old Archie Green III was operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol when he ran a red light and T-boned a police squad car at around 2:14 a.m. on November 5th. The impact resulted in the car spinning around and colliding with a pole. The 40-year-old police Officer Bryce Hanes was killed in the crash, and Green was arrested at the scene of the accident. He has pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence and vehicular manslaughter and is being held on $250,000 bail.
