All auto accidents can be traumatic to those involved, especially when they result in a fatality. Nearly 37,000 people are killed in car accidents in the United States annually, according to the Administration for Safe International Road Travel. Suffering a loss of a loved one is one of the most difficult events in life that an individual can face.
