Young IL Child Dies After Grandmother Backs Over Him With Car

|

It’s a tragic ordeal that will never be forgotten when a child dies from a preventable accident, and even more horrific when it happens at the hands of a loved one. In Carterville, Illinois a 19-month-old boy was killed after he was run over by his grandmother.

The child was identified as Kamden Feezor, and died a short time after the accident at Herrin Hospital. The child was ran over around lunchtime on Tuesday at the family’s house, which is about 10 miles east of Carbondale. Currently, investigators do not know how Kamden ended up behind the vehicle, or what events led up to his death. Although the young boy’s death appears to be an accident, the tragedy is currently under investigation by the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office.
