Police Officer Possibly Intoxicated During Car Accident

A Wellsburg Police Officer was involved in a single vehicle accident on June 14th in New Cumberland, West Virginia. At around 8 pm Taylor White’s vehicle hydroplaned and went onto the sidewalk whereby hitting a park bench, a plant, and a retaining wall. Her vehicle then became stuck on the retaining wall, and White’s tires were smoking in an attempt to break loose. Allegedly White was intoxicated at the time of the accident. Per witness testimony she left the scene and went to New Cumberland’s Police Chief’s house. Seemly no personal injuries were suffered.
