A work-related accident occurred at a construction site and claimed the life of a man in Indiana. The accident happened on Wednesday afternoon near Fort Wayne, according to authorities. As 46-year-old Michael Elliott was performing work at a construction site for a new natural gas station when the accident happened. Elliott was working on a compressed gas line when it came loose and struck him in the head. The Allen County coroner pronounced Elliott dead at the scene of the accident due to severe head injuries. He leaves behind a wife and four children. The accident is being investigated by local authorities and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration is expected to conduct their own investigation as well.
