Two Killed, One Injured in Workplace Accident

An industrial workplace accident sent one worker to the hospital and killed two other workers on Monday. The accident happened in Goldsboro, North Carolina at SPX Transformer Solutions. One employee was working on a transformer when he failed to respond to others. Two co-workers came to his aid when they also became trapped in the transformer. Few details have been released regarding the accident, but unfortunately, two of the workers were killed and the other is in critical condition. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the accident.
