A Tuesday afternoon tractor-trailer accident has claimed the lives of three individuals. The accident involved a tractor-trailer and a sports utility vehicle in Killington, Vermont. According to the Vermont State Police, seven people were involved in the collision of the two vehicles on U.S. 4. The police confirmed that three people were killed in the accident, and it is unknown if the other occupants suffered injuries. U.S. 4 was closed for several hours on Tuesday while an investigation was conducted.
