Each year thousands of individuals are killed in auto accidents, and most of these accidents are preventable. According to the Association of Safe International Road Travel, approximately 37,000 individuals lose their lives in traffic crashes every year in the United States. Experiencing the loss of a loved one is a devastating event, and it can be heartbreaking to discover that another person’s reckless actions caused the death. The victims’ loved ones should be able to spend their time and energy on grieving their loss and not handling the legalities of an auto accident case.
