Construction Worker Killed in Workplace Accident

A construction worker was killed in a workplace accident in Miami on Tuesday. According to authorities, as construction crews were working on a high-rise building in Miami, one of the workers was struck by a piece of equipment. The accident happened at the Biscayne Beach residences when the man was working near the 37th floor. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, and his identity is expected to be released once next of kin is notified. The accident is under investigation by the Miami police and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration will also conduct an investigation.
