As children return to school this time of year, parents want the confidence in knowing that their child will be safe when out of their presence. Unfortunately, thousands of accidents occur each year due to the negligence of others that may lead to your child being injured or killed. School officials, school bus drivers, and school staff members should take all steps to ensure the safety of your child. It is the responsibility of the school to maintain a safe environment, and it is the job of a school bus driver to operate the bus attentively and responsibly.
