Woman injured in Ohio semi crash

Monday night in Darke County, Ohio a woman became injured after her vehicle collided with a semi. In addition, the crash happened at the intersection of U.S. Route 127 and State Route 503 when a semi crossed in front of the vehicle. 48-year-old, Lorenzo Rodriguez-Ortiz was heading west on Route 503, and it had stopped at the intersection.

Furthermore, the semi then crossed the path in front of the vehicle drivern by 40-year-old, Dawn Loper. As a result, Loper suffered minor injuries, and was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Ortiz was not injured in the crash, yet was issued a citation for failing to yield.
