A multi-car collision occurred in Fairview Heights, Illinois on Monday morning. According to authorities a vehicle headed south on Highway 159 hit a vehicle headed east on Lincoln Trail around 7 a.m. After the collision, one vehicle flipped on its side while another vehicle turned completely over. A third vehicle was also involved although authorities say the third vehicle did not sustain much damage. The identities of the victim have not been released.
