An East St. Louis student was grazed by a bullet on Friday. The student was riding his school bus home when the bullet struck him. Police Chief Floore stated the seventeen year old boy who was shot suffered minor injuries, and the shooter is believed to be a juvenile who fired the shot from outside the bus. Authorities aren't entirely sure if the suspect was targeting the bus directly. Police are still searching for the suspect.
