Dylan Sheldon was arrested by Missouri Highway Patrol on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, three counts of second-degree assault, and three counts of armed criminal action for driving his car too fast for condition on Tuesday night at around 1 a.m. The car crested the top of a hill at a speed which enabled the car to become airborne. After the car became airborne, it flipped over and hit a tree. Mr. Sheldon was the most seriously hurt, but all three passengers sustained injuries as well.
