Build-A-Bear has recalled 300,000 of its Colorful Hearts Teddy Bears due to a choking hazard posed by the bears' eyes becoming loose and falling out. The US Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced this recall but claimed there have been no injuries reported as of yet. The Commission said that anyone with the Colorful Hearts Teddy Bear should immediately return the bear due to the potential risk. This product retails for roughly $18 and is approximately 16 inches tall.
